Rajiv qualified in 2008 from King’s College London.

Following an initial year of training in Croydon, he joined his sister Ameeka in running 2 Green Dental.

His goals are to continually improve and expand 2 Green Dental to be able to treat as many patients with the high-quality dentistry in the natural way we have always done. He wants to grow to spread this dentistry to multiple other practices in the south east of England.

Outside of dentistry he is a keen photographer, and you might see this when you meet him, and become an unwitting tooth model. He also likes cooking, wine tasting, good food, playing golf, and spending time (and teasing) his daughter Saffron and son Rothko.

Something you may not know about Rajiv is that he has a photographic memory and is able to retain information and facts without any effort. The team affectionately tease him for his knowledge of random (mostly useless) facts and generally being a bit of a brain box. You’d definitely want him on your phone a friend list!

Rajiv is dedicated to teaching, which has led him to get a Post Graduate Certification for Dental Education (PgCert Dent.Ed) from the University of Bedfordshire. He has previously been a clinical demonstrator at King’s College Dental Institute for three years, been a joint dental foundation trainer with the London Deanery since 2014 and lectures frequently with Squadron Strategy at the BDA on running dental practices, improving patient communication and progressing dentists’ careers. He will also be joining the speaking line up in 2020 with Invisalign in helping dentists improve the efficiency of their treatments, as well as being a mentor and speaking for SmileFast.

Most his work is surgical dentistry (implants and more recently gum surgery) but he does a lot of orthodontics as well as general dentistry. He’s also completed many smile makeovers and no matter how hopeless you think your teeth are, he’ll be able to help you.

Dr Rajiv has won Best Young Dentist (South East, 2013) and was finalist in the 2020 Private Dentistry Awards in multiple categories.
